Boone Home Watch is the only company in the Boone area accredited by the National Home Watch Association. Accreditation means we’ve passed background checks, carry specialized home watch insurance, and stay up to date with continuing education to better serve you.
We are a family business with local roots—our team includes a Licensed General Contractor, Realtors, and a Short-Term Rental Management company. That means we have strong connections with plumbers, electricians, cleaners, and other trusted professionals in the High Country.
What is Home Watch?
Home Watch is defined as a visual inspection of your home or property, looking for obvious issues. Boone Home Watch provides regular inspections, emergency response, and even coordinates maintenance when needed. We’ll also monitor weather conditions and alert you to potential hazards.
